Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Fridley, Minnesota

Description

We are looking for a strong tier 3 Help Desk candidate to join a great team, that is a in the manufacturing industry . As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for troubleshooting and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

• Process and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365

• Work in a team setting to effectively handle customer service needs

• Utilize knowledge of Microsoft systems along with basic computer hardware understanding

• Adapt quickly to new technologies and changes in the service management software

• Contribute positively to the team dynamic and work environment

• Display a proactive attitude in learning new systems and processes

• Provide basic networking and infrastructure knowledge to the team

• Manage customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.

Requirements

• The applicant must possess knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Suite for daily operations.

• The candidate should have a clear understanding of Computer Hardware and its components.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• The applicant should have the ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.

• Prior experience in a help desk role within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

• The candidate must have strong problem-solving abilities.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• The candidate should have a strong customer service orientation.

• The willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest technological trends and improvements is expected.

• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.

• The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly is essential.

• The candidate must have strong organizational and time-management skills.
