Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards. Coordinate and facilitate departmental meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Assist with project management activities, including research, data analysis, and preparation of project documentation. Maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Hard Skills
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in providing administrative support at an executive or senior management level
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in North DFW
