Located 30 miles north of downtown Dallas, Omni PGA Frisco Resort is the largest resort currently in development in the country. Opening spring 2023, the resort will feature 500 guest rooms and suites, 10 four-bedroom ranch houses, three pools, including an adults-only rooftop infinity pool, a destination spa, Lounge by Top Golf, and over 127,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. An expansive retail and entertainment district will feature dining, shopping and an outdoor stage set to be activated for concerts and outdoor programming. The Resort will become a leading destination for golf providing an unparalleled experience for those who are advanced players, new to the game, and everything in between. The resort will offer 46 holes of golf designed by Beau Welling and Gil Hanse, including two 18-hole championship golf courses, a lighted 10-hole short course, and a lighted two-acre putting green.

Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resortis seeking aFood and Beverage Manager | Toast & Tee Coffee Collectiveto join our team. Omni Frisco PGA Resort will provide north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment.

Toast & Tee Coffee Collectiveis a marketplace with a retro golf vibe serving up elevated breakfast and all-day grab and go items.

This position is responsible for ensuring proper training and supervision of all personnel. He/She is to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operation.

  • Complete environmental checklist for dining room.

  • Order daily supplies.

  • Hold pre-shift meetings.

  • Follow up on established training steps.

  • Handle guest comments and complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Stay on the floor during peak hours.

  • Communicate with guests and receive feedback.

  • Observe, teach and elevate staff’s service.

  • Monitor each guest experience.

  • Examine food preparation and beverage presentation.

  • Maintain condition of dining room and retail space.

  • Scheduling, completing weekly payroll, and forecasting both weekly and monthly.

  • Participate in interviewing new employees as needed.

  • Prepare maintenance request and follow-up.

  • Monitor food and liquor requisitions and food waste.

  • Present and maintain all merchandise in a superior manner in each shop.

  • Build visual merchandising skills in team.

  • Partner w/Buyers to define best buying strategies for each of the shops; research new shop concepts for future development as needed.

  • Provide Buyers with information on local market trends, customer profiles and new vendors.

  • Review Merchandise reports on a weekly basis; provide feedback and direction on key trends with items, classifications, vendors and stock to sales ratios.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage Supervision or Management role preferred.

  • Must have the ability to manage deadlines.

  • Understanding of Food and Beverage financials including cost and par controls is preferred.

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Must have a strong attention to detail as well as strong customer service skills.

  • Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC – or obtain upon hire.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
