Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Manager

Location: Frisco, TX (hybrid)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to join our team. In this role, you will manage a global team responsible for delivering customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Customer Delivery Team in its region.

• Responsible for all turnkey managed services engagements from a delivery perspective.

• Manage objectives from the management team and articulates to the team.

• Coordinate and prioritize team assignments.

• Recruit and onboard engineers with HR support.

• Maintain peak performance sessions that include metrics monitoring, coaching, and developmental goal progress.

• Drive continual process improvement initiatives with the team.

• Implement technical instructions to engineering, professional services, and operations teams.

• Act as a liaison between support, operations, professional services, ATM development, and payments teams.

• Assist and support professional services and account teams in their customer relationship.

• Work as a primary stakeholder on customer delivery with NCR Atleos.

• Manage staff to diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with a range of ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) globally located in its region.

• Responsible for frontline ServiceNow Ticket review and assignment across the team.

• Create and distribute custom reporting to management.

• Monitor and research ill-performing ATMs as part of continuous improvement initiatives directed by management.

• Provide direct assistance for mass outages and communicate with other operational teams and upper management on a plan of action to mitigate and repair issues.

• Understand and communicate complex and technical information clearly and concisely, adjusting language and terminology to the customer’s needs (internal and external) professionally.

• Complete individually assigned tasks by management.

• Coach team members.

• Provide training to varied audiences.

Basic Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of experience in ATM software.

• Experience managing Windows-based Desktop solutions.

• 6+ years of experience in transaction processing platforms, especially Postilion.

• 6+ years of experience in defining technical expectations, system requirements, and project effort estimations.

• 6+ years of experience in ATM technology infrastructure, including ATM Terminal Software, NDC, 912, Load set Development, CEN/XFS, ATM Security, and operation of ATM software platform management tools.

• Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated.
