Transportation company seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their team in Fullerton. You will be responsible for data entry of freight bills, creating/reviewing bill of ladings, entering vendor information, writing reports, communicating with customers, and other clcerical duties as assigned. This is a temp to hire opportunity working M-F 8am-4:30pm with weekends off. This role is 100% onsite in Fullerton and is paying between $21.32-$22.93/hr. They will consider bringing you on after 90 days if it is the right fit. During your employment at Randstad you will be paid on a weekly basis!! Responsibilities

• Responsible for the data entry of freight bills prior to receiving, and printing labels.

• Provide drivers with docking information in a courteous, professional and efficient manner.

• Entry of all received scanned freight bills into the Entry Screen.

• Review Bill of Lading to ensure it is complete and accurate. Ensure it complies with company policies and procedures.

• Track notifications for changes from Customers, Customer Service and additional internal sources. Ensure the system and the Bill of Lading are appropriately altered or requested changes are notated.

• Accurately enter proper vendor information, freight destination and billing information for proper invoicing and delivery.

• Capture OS&D, warehouse notations and correct any data entry information throughout multiple company programs.

• Professionally interact with internal and external customers.

• Collection of inbound documentation from the Warehouse.

• Creating BOL's for transload accounts

• Calculate cube

• Release completed loads and empty equipment to Carriers (RPM Harbor)

• ALL OTHER DUTIES AND PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED.
