Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our EPIC team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR analytics and reporting, compensation management, employee relations, investigations, performance management, coaching, and talent management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive HR initiatives, support business objectives, and enhance organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations and Investigations:
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as needed.
Coaching and Development:
- Coach and mentor managers and employees to develop their skills and enhance their careers.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops on various HR topics, including leadership, communication, and compliance.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
Talent Management
Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business goals.
