Society Hill is seeking a P/T Maintenance Worker. This will be a day-shift job, M-F, 30-32 hrs/wk.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license.

Employee will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the appearance of common areas through painting, pressure washing, and regular cleaning
• Performing minor repairs
• Amenity upkeep
• Waste management

Candidates should have 6 months of experience and must pass a drug test / background check.
