Job Title: 1st Shift Electromechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking 1st Shift Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our team. Our company manufactures custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ranging from simple to extremely complex designs. We are committed to training individuals who possess a great attitude and a strong capacity for learning. There are no lifting requirements for this role. We understand that candidates may not be able to 'hit the ground running' immediately, and we provide thorough training specific to our processes. We are looking for candidates with APTITUDE, CAPABILITY, and DRIVE. Successful candidates must be willing to train and learn new skills, with full training on our products and processes taking about one year. You will gain substantial knowledge working here. We also have a trainer on-site to certify our team to IPC-620 class III standards.

Hard Skills

  • English - read and write

  • Electro-mechanical assembly (electrical wires) - a plus

  • Ability to learn

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Garden Grove, California.

Work Environment

Climate controlled environment (Air Conditioned). This is a very clean facility that manufactures high-performance cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and interconnect systems built to function reliably under harsh conditions. Most of our products are used in aerospace or defense applications, including SpaceX rockets, Virgin Orbit, and Armored Military vehicles. Our facility currently employs 200 people and is growing.
