Pay Starting at $20-23/hour

Purpose:

Under the general direction of the Service Supervisor, delivers, installs, sets up and repairs all c-store coffee, cappuccino and frozen beverage equipment located at a variety of customer facilities in assigned territory.

Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Services, installs, and repairs all of c-store coffee, cappuccino and frozen beverage equipment which includes performing regular on-site and in shop maintenance and repairs.

  • Proactively detects and corrects potential problems before they occur.

  • Responsively assists customers over the phone with repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting.

  • Records transaction information on mobile device to provide to appropriate office at close of work order, ensure discrepancies are communicated and resolves as needed, and returns warranty parts to receive credit as well as bills customers as appropriate for parts used.

  • Effective communication with company dispatcher to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction.

  • Follows all safety procedures.

  • Inspects company provided service vehicle and alerts management of necessary or required maintenance/repairs needed on the vehicle in a prompt manner and maintains part inventory levels in service vehicle.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Valid State Driver’s license is required to operate service vehicle.

A minimum of two years of technician experience working on coffee, cappuccino and frozen beverage equipment or related field preferred

Ability to work independently.

Good to excellent communication skills to be able to work with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
