We are looking for an experienced and trained Manufacturing Quality Assurance Technician, with the ability to support quality activities across the company. A working knowledge of creating a people first organization that empowers and develops employees is a must. Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for in-process inspection, sampling inspection and final inspection of electronic parts and assemblies to assure all quality standards are met in accordance with applicable engineering drawings, specifications and workmanship standards.

  • Assist with receiving inspection. A pprove incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials to vendor .

  • Complete acceptance prior to shipment and supports customer source inspection.

  • Assists engineering and manufacturing in the investigation of non-conformities and r ecord results to ensure proper segregation of accepted and rejected products.

  • Inspect and interpret first article orders.

  • Perform audit of assembly processes.

  • This position may also interface with Customers, Suppliers and /or Regulatory agencies as appropriate.

  • Reports quality problems or findings to Quality Control Manager and follows up to ensure that corrective action has/will take place.

    Job Requirements

  • General understanding of Manufacturing Production Processes

  • Demonstrate willingness to learn new operations.

  • Possess personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activities,

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools, specifically Word, Excel.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Skillful product knowledge and problem solving skills required.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years electronic inspection preferred.

  • Typically requires high school diploma.

  • Meet all attendance requirements.
