Adecco is looking for 12 amazing warehouse workers for a special 10-week project at an automotive warehouse in Gastonia, NC. Project is starting September 9th and will run on 2nd shift, working Sunday-Thursday 4:30p-3am. Applicants shouldn’t need any time off during the project, and there will be an opportunity to convert to permanent employee!

Responsibilities:

· Overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within warehouse.

· Verify the inventory quantity and assist in inventory level maintenance; maintains complete and accurate paperwork and operates warehouse equipment in a safe manner.

· Marks pallets with identifying store information

· Uses lift equipment (manual pallet jack) as needed once training is completed.

· Pick and stage parts for store replenishment.

· Uses a hand-held radio frequency device (RF Scanner)

Perks:

· Pay rate: $23/hour and OT will be expected (yay money!).

· A 10-week project to start, but opportunity to be considered for conversion to permanent employee.

Requirements:

· Prior warehouse experience, working in receiving.

· Works well on a team. Goal oriented!

· Must have consistent, reliable attendance.

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk and hear.

· Is frequently required to stoop, kneel and crouch, and occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.

· Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50. Items heavier than 50lbs will be moved with assistance of Pallet Jack (WP) or Forklift (AAP)

· Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.

· Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

You should know:

· The noise level in the work environment may be high at times.

· Warehouse is not climate controlled.

· You must have NO planned time off in the next 10 weeks!!

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
