We are offering an opportunity for a Computer Support Specialist in GENESEO, New York. This role is integral to our team as it involves enhancing our web and social media presence, developing communications, and working on strategic projects. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance web and social media presence in alignment with strategic goals.

• Develop and share communications for various projects in partnership with colleagues.

• Work on strategic projects such as the completion of major facilities projects.

• Create and update plans for website and social media to improve services and presentations.

• Collaborate with the Executive Assistant on content for office webpages and e-signage across campus.

• Promote transparency in alignment with campus goals.

• Develop posters and other communications to support strategic goals and communicate about major division projects.

• Create poster layouts for construction areas within approved guidelines.

• Execute strategic plan goals and demonstrate milestone progress towards assigned goals.

• Undertake other related duties as required.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations

• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, especially on social media platforms

• Familiarity with web design and web app development

• Knowledge of human resources (HR) administration practices and protocols

• Ability to execute strategic planning and setting strategic goals

• Experience in finance, including budget planning and financial forecasting

• Proficiency in managing and updating websites

• Ability to provide workstation support and resolve technical issues

• Experience in facilities management and understanding of construction methods

• Ability to utilize libraries for efficient information management

• Familiarity with C-Suite level communication and engagement

• Demonstrated ability to drive progress in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to create engaging social media content to boost brand visibility

• Knowledge of Go programming language is a plus
