Job Title: Quality Control Coordinator

Job Description

Core responsibilities include maintaining documentation of current SQF/BRC certification and associated programs, responding to consumer complaints, and managing secondary certifications. You will ensure proper standards of sanitation and consumer safety are maintained in all products. This role requires establishing and implementing training needs for safe food production, maintaining the food safety manual, and performing regular reviews and audits of the HACCP and food safety programs. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining SQF/BRC systems, training employees, and managing the education of senior staff on food safety regulations and quality concerns. Additional tasks include assisting technical services with supplier programs, process improvements, and supporting quality programs.
