*DUTIES:                            * Elster American Meter Co. is seeking an Multi site HR manager for our Geneva, OH location. The HR Manager will be responsible for the local and remote delivery and execution of core HR services to employees and managers in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, and plant operations. Will drive continuous improvement, lead change and foster strong interactive partnerships with client groups. Will be responsible for providing primary HR support and engagement for our Geneva, OH and Cartersville, GA locations and focused efforts should be on building a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent. This position will manage a team of 3+ direct reports.

*REQUIREMENTS:           * Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree* or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Liberal Arts, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in Human Resources. Full term of experience must include: ability to influence at varying levels across the organization; ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment; discrete factory; and HR experience in large multinational manufacturing. Up to 25% domestic travel required. *Employer will accept two years of work experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree.

OTHER:                             Job Site: Geneva, OH; 40 hours/week; $138,240/year. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
