Job Title: Avionics Technician
Job Description
Our client is looking for 10 Avionics Technicians for a completion project in Georgetown, DE. Candidates will be performing avionics assembly and installations.
Responsibilities
Perform avionics assembly and installations.
Troubleshoot and repair avionics systems.
Assemble and install wire harnesses.
Utilize precision measuring tools and basic tools effectively.
Apply soldering skills as needed.
Work with electrical and electronic systems, including installation and assembly.
Use computer skills to operate Microsoft Office software and other relevant applications.
Essential Skills
3-5+ years of airplane avionics experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including installation, assembly, and troubleshooting.
Experience with wide-body aircraft preferred, but open to all airframes.
Soldering experience.
Wire harness assembly experience.
Solid understanding and use of precision measuring tools and basic tools.
Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other discipline-specific software applications.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and plan work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with 737 aircraft preferred, but flexible.
FCC certification preferred but not required.
