Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking an entry level Survey CAD Technician for our Georgetown, Delaware office.

We are accepting candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting. As a Survey CAD Technician you will be trained to perform property research, survey computations; preparation of various surveys, easement plats, legal descriptions and processing of location survey information.

Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience with field to finish survey tasks, plats and survey deliverables. This opportunity has excellent growth and advancement potential as well!

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of progressive experience

• Experience with recent versions of AutoCAD

• Carlson Survey and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
