Overview RBR Alliance, Inc. has been created as a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that serves as an umbrella organization for, and provides administrative, financial, development, IT and human resources support to, Rauch, Inc. and Blue River Services, Inc. RBR Alliance also provides Victim Services in Southern Indiana.

Job Description Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday

An opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator is available for a well-organized and detailed oriented individual who can multi-task, utilize critical thinking skills, and prioritize and complete multiple conflicting and time sensitive tasks.

The HR Coordinator:he HR Coordinator:

  • Coordinates most training activities including utilizing the agency's learning management system, creating new trainings, ensuring new hires complete needed trainings, etc.
  • Schedules and conducts new hire orientation for all new hires.
  • Coordinates the CPR/First Aid/AED training program including being on the rotational list of CPR instructors.
  • Tracks and maintains "Time off Without Pay" records.
  • Maintains and processes Employee Sign-on Bonus Program.
  • Keeps current several pieces of data for Affirmative Action requirements.
  • Upholds confidentiality standards within the Human Resources department
  • Assists the HR Director and Manager with special projects.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources department. Transferrable experience may be considered.

Bachelors Degree in HR or related field and a SHRM-CP certification are preferred
