Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

Online robot programming:

• Sealer, UBC, and Dampening

• Run trials and adjust parameters

• Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards

Online robot programming:

• Primer, Base, and Clear

• Run trials and adjust parameters

Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards:

• Electrical Drawing Review

• Review electrical drawings for new Paint equipment installations.

Develop equipment countermeasures during setup and trials:

• Setting up new paint equipment. Calibrating systems to function as designed.

• Prepare and confirm new Paint equipment at vendor sites.

• Test functionality of new paint equipment.

• Confirm equipment operation and all safety devices function as designed.

Create Hand Over Documents:

• Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s.

Willingness to travel up to 25% - Supports new model Paint Seibi projects in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Hard Skills

• Associates or Bachelors degree

• PLC programming

• Robot Programming

Work Environment

Fully on site in Georgetown, KY. Will travel up to 25%.
