Salary: $41,600.00

The Brown County Municipal Court is seeking an individual to serve as a Court Security Officer/Probation Officer/Deputy Bailiff.  The primary purpose of the Court Security/Probation Officer/Deputy Bailiff is to provide for the security of the Brown County Municipal Court facility, staff, and the public; assist the public; serve criminal and civil processes, subpoenas, forcible entry and detainers, and to provide pretrial and diversion services.

Qualifications: Any combination of education, training, and work experience which indicates possession of the minimum requirements for the position including the license and certification requirements and successful completion of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, probation training, and/or bailiff training.
