The Kelly® Professional & Industrial team is looking for Maintenance Worker to join a growing client in Georgetown, TX!

Title : Maintenance Worker

Shift: 7am -3:45pm

Duration: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $18hr

Summary of position

This position will be responsible for the general appearance and function of the facility.

They will be responsible for the amenities, appearance both inside and outside,

restrooms, cafeteria, lobby, lighting, and general repairs and upkeep of the office and

supplemental areas. The duties will include:

Porter Duties

o Trash removal as needed.

o On demand Rest room Maintenance

o Lighting element replacing (light bulbs, and fixturing only)

o Cafeteria cleanliness and integrity

o Spill response (Non Haz)

o Lobby appearance

o Parking lot appearance

o Inclement weather response (clearing and salting walkways)

o Roof Maintenance (clearing drains and roof lining integrity)

Maintenance Helper Duties

o Maintenance site preparation (securing area and spotter)

o Maintenance cleanup activities (assisting maintenance personnel equipment and

area integrity after the repair)

o Retrieving specialized tools and spare parts as needed for efficiency.

o Fire and lift watch

o Consumable spares management

Necessary skills

o Competent in hand tools (wrenches, screw drivers, hand saws etc.,)

o Hand heel power tools (drills, saws, grinders etc.,)

o Able to understand both written and verbal instructions.

o Basic computer skills (outlook, MS teams, MS office

has context menu
