Purpose
This managerial level position will work closely with the Executive leaders and regional leadership team to develop the internal financial strategy, along with the local pricing teams, and review total cost of ownership pricing models to quantify the Companies value add solution strategy and cost benefits. This key commercial-finance position will represent the financial face in front of the client when submitting proposals and must be available for travel when needed. The primary focus is advising Operational, Sales, and Financial leadership on details related to the financial benefits to complex pricing and value add solutions while defining, developing and implementing best practices for the pricing, financial modeling in response to B2B BPO RFP’s including contact centers, back-office transactions and other operations across all verticals. Additionally, this position will play a key role in supporting our business leaders by providing analysis and context on proposed deals. You will be responsible for understanding company and team goals and working with team members to meet those goals.

Provide leadership support that will allow for all strategic client related initiatives to be more accurate and timely to allow for informative and strategic decisions to be made based on findings.
Leads and facilitates relevant information and instructions to local pricing teams to ensure global alignment.
Review, consolidate and standardize pricing across all segments and geos to ensure that pricing is timely, accurate and complete and meets the needs of the external and internal customer.
Works closely with America’s Executive Leadership team and Business Development team in order to manage, solution, and propose responses to client generated RFPs from a financial perspective across multiple lines of business and geographies, by providing strategic guidance on pricing decisions.
Lead and facilitate project pricing, value add total cost of ownership modeling, postmortem review and process improvement functions. Create and improve processes and principles that allow CS/Ops to have more time to focus on delivery of operations, client satisfaction and financial results.
Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and compliant with global TP’s policies, IFRS, local taxes and commercial standards
Support client negotiations (both internal and external) from a financial perspective. Some of them would be face to face and travel would be required.
Work globally and cross-functionally to confirm operational viability of proposals, advising on commercial and financial shaping of the proposal.
Evaluates and supports the development of new customer proposals and completion of complex RFPs, which most of them, will involve multiple countries.
Supports development and execution of division strategies and initiatives. Also, to work constructively with clients and executive leadership to develop compelling business cases for both clients and TP.
Ensures standardization and compliance to defined processes and policies.
Ability to work simultaneously in multiple requests.
Deliver pricing recommendations that follow a logically reasoned, data-driven approach, supported by appropriate market research and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales and pricing strategies with overall business objectives, including identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve margins.
Qualifications
Qualifications
3+ years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline is required. MBA is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability.
Previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management work with a BPO company is a must.
Experience with client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective.
Ability to think strategically and lead development of business vision and priorities.
Experience working in complex financial environments and multi-country involvement.
Experienced professional with a background detailed excel modeling, financial analysis experience, including financial modeling, pricing modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Must be comfortable with the use of technology to solve business problems, including a very strong understanding of MS Excel tables, formulas and the use of web-based systems.
Must have the ability to travel and work flexibility of time to meet deadlines for special projects. Also, adaptable to work with different time zones.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or DOMO reporting tools would be a plus, but not required.
Competent in decision-making and problem solving.
Detail oriented yet able to present complex analyses in concise and actionable manner to all levels within the organization.
Extraordinary interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively to senior levels of the organization, being able to synthesize complex situations.
Experience with conflict resolution and high-level escalations.
Experience in financial consolidation, standardization and leading wide-variety teams to meet clients deadline.
Pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests, and credit checks.
