Job Title: Supply Chain AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the Supply Planner for assigned global product portfolios, engaging in data analysis, reporting, and presenting to executive management. You will organize and host global calls and meetings, monitor inventory days of supply, identify potential shortages or excessive supply, and initiate risk mitigation activities. As the Supply Chain point of contact between Sales, Customer Care, and Supply Chain Operations, you will drive initiatives related to process improvements and new business initiatives. Additional responsibilities include supporting intercompany inventory replenishment in SAP, being a Master Data Expert for Supply Planning parameters, maintaining replenishment parameters, coordinating demand and supply requests, and expediting urgent product supply requests.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Germantown, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

You will join a knowledgeable and experienced Supply Chain team of five members. Currently, we are two members short, providing an opportunity for growth and learning. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule with core hours flexibility and offers a hybrid work environment. You will be required to work in the office three times a week (mandatory on Tuesdays and Thursdays) and have the opportunity to work remotely for two days once trained and based on performance. The typical work hours are from 9-5, with some flexibility.
