Job Title: Phlebotomist Float

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Phlebotomist Float with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable phlebotomy experience, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and proficient in straight needle sticks. The role involves performing blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collecting specimens for various tests, and executing data entry with high accuracy. Additionally, the candidate will handle billing processes, prepare specimens for analysis, maintain logs, and ensure superior customer service. Administrative tasks are also part of the duties, along with a strong emphasis on compliance and safety in all operations.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Environment

This is a float position requiring travel between Montgomery county and DC. The working hours vary between 7am-7pm and 9am-5pm, including rotating hours on Saturdays from 8am-12pm.
