Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Program Manager with Top- Secret clearance to support KPS and our government customer in Germantown, MD.

Koniag Professional Services (KPS) is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to support a government client. The Program Manager will oversee the contractual effort to ensure responsiveness to OC requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PM will serve as the interface between OC management, corporate staff, and TAMs, ensuring effective communication and workflow management.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Individual manages overall contractual effort to ensure responsiveness to the Office of Classification (OC) requirements as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Individual interfaces between OC management and corporate staff.
Individual directs contractor workflow in all task areas through the Task Area Mangers (TAMs).
Individual ensures overall responsiveness of contractor staff to all OC requirements, job requests, and guidance provided by the TAMs and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and/or designated representative.
Serving as the primary point of contact for OC management and corporate staff
Collaborating with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to address any contractual issues
Requirements
Education:
Individual must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in such fields as one of the engineering disciplines or in public or business administration.
A Master of Business Administration Degree is highly desirable.
Top- Secret clearance required
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Individual must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in project management (projects of comparable size and complexity). This experience may be a combination of private sector, civil service, and/or military experience.
Individual must have demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
It is highly desirable for the individual to have direct and current experience in nuclear policy analysis, the nuclear weapon programs at DOE and/or DoD, and classification and sensitive information related activities.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
