Robert Half Data Integration Analyst in Germantown, Wisconsin

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Database Analyst in Germantown, Wisconsin. This role involves working in the telecom industry, where you will play a critical role in file integrations and data warehousing. You will be expected to use your abilities to manage multiple projects, conduct research, and resolve production issues while acting as a liaison between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement database systems based on the end user's requirements.

• Improve applications' performances by conducting regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.

• Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.

• Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.

• Conduct research and make recommendations on database products, services, and protocols.

• Collaborate with data analysts to determine future needs for software integration.

• Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards.

• Generate a database schema based on application related function and type of the data.

• Install and organize information databases, software, and applications.

• Implement backup and recovery plans to ensure data is preserved and systems are running effectively. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience as a Database Analyst.

• Proficiency in database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL is essential.

• Knowledge and understanding of EO/IR systems are required.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary.

• Experience with AB Testing is expected.

• Familiarity with various backup technologies is crucial for data safety and integrity.

• Proven experience in data warehousing is necessary.

• The ability to design and implement database systems is required.

• Exceptional documentation skills are needed for maintaining system processes and procedures.

• The candidate must be able to work in a team and communicate effectively.

• The ability to solve complex problems and work under pressure is essential.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
