The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively resolving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly and competently.

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.

• Maintain customer records by updating account information as well as processing customer adjustments.

• Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.

• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.

  Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer support role.

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

• High school degree is a minimum requirement.
