General Summary

Provides clinical and administrative services involving primary medical care to patients in an internal medicine practice setting.

WellSpan Health is seeking an Internist to join our Internal Medicine practice in the heart of historic Gettysburg, PA. Join a cohesive team with a loyal patient base in this roomy practice with 15 patient rooms.

Position Highlights:

• Join 5 other providers known for their excellent patient experience scores

• You choose 15/30- or 20/40-minute appointment times

• Labs and imaging located nearby at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital

• The practice has good staffing ratios and quality scores

• Enjoy your own large office and roomy patient rooms

• Epic utilized at all WellSpan locations

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or

• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or

• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and

• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Upon Hire Required and

• Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of the Hospital. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Administrative skills.
