Some of the day-to-day responsibilities you will have include:

  • Perform clinical review for assigned programs. Includes review and approval of key clinical documents against quality standards, applicable regulations and risk level.

  • Perform Utilization Review for assigned clinics.

  • Perform separation reviews for clinicians leaving any of the assigned clinic locations.

What has prepared you for this opportunity?

  • Master’s degree with QHP License/Credential applicable to OMH and OASAS programs required (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW)

Location:

This position is remote but may involve some onsite meetings for team collaboration. These meetings would be held at our corporate office at 55 Dodge Rd, Getzville NY 14068.

Position Hours:

This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week. Days/times can be flexible based on needs.

Compensation:

Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. The range of pay for this position is $25.00 - $28.50. Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually.

Physical demands associated with this position include:

  • Sitting for extended periods, alternating between standing and sitting

  • Mobility required with repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements

  • Handling light duties, occasionally lifting objects up to 20 pounds
