Centene Corporation Supervisor, Mailing Distribution Center Production in GETZVILLE, New York

*Shift is Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11pm

Position Purpose: Supervise the production staff of the Mailing & Distribution Center to create mailings for health plans and other internal customers.

  • Create and manage production processes and quality standards

  • Create and maintain production schedule

  • Advise on purchase of new equipment and mail piece design

  • Maintain production machines

  • Manage and train production staff

  • Create and provide productivity reports and production cost analysis

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years in a mailroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of USPS, mail piece design, technology of mail and print industry and associated software preferred. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects. Supervisory experience highly preferred.

Pay Range: $46,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
