Job Purpose: Line Cook Position Available at Grahams Restaurant. Position requires the production and output of high quality food at volume in a consistent and timely manner.  Candidate must be able to work well with others, work evenings and weekends, and be adaptable with seasonal scheduling. Job Description:  Pre-opening food preparation and kitchen setup; short order kitchen cooking, including flat grill, char broil, and deep fry cooking; cold side appetizer assembly and management; dishwashing duties; post closing kitchen cleaning and breakdown duties.
