We are currently seeking a motivated and results-drivenInside Sales Representativeto join our Glassboro, NJ Show Room team as our Door Sales Specialist. As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in door sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting sales opportunities within the residential, commercial, and construction markets. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, providing product recommendations, quotes, and support to close deals effectively. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect door solutions for their projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and product information to clients.

  • Follow up on quotes and proposals to close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.

  • Stay updated on the latest door products, trends, and industry standards.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings to share insights, strategies, and progress reports.

  • Work closely with the outside sales team, operations, and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience in the door sales and/or door fabrication.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Results-driven with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
