Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Access Management Administrator for one of our top clients in the Richmond, VA area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining user access across various systems, including Active Directory, SailPoint, and Azure. You will assist in the administration of identity and access management (IAM) solutions, ensuring that user access is secure and compliant with company policies.

Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to access-related incidents and requests, performing regular audits of user access and permissions, and collaborating with IT and security teams to develop and enforce access management policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide support for access management tools and technologies and participate in the development and maintenance of documentation for access management processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Active Directory, SailPoint, and Azure is essential. You should also have a basic understanding of identity and access management principles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial, as is a commitment to maintaining high standards of security and compliance.

This will be a hybrid position with three days in the office in Glen Allen, VA and two days remote.

Pay Range: $15/HR - $25/HR

Skills and Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working with Sailpont, ADMP and active directory

• Experience working within Azure null
