Analyze statistical data related to juice production process and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of juices, juice concentrates, purees, pure concentrates, and similar products. Complete production reports, purchase orders, and material, tool, and equipment. Review engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of procedures, and activities. Collaborate with engineering teams to review specifications and optimize production processes. Confer with clients, vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, product specifications, and production of fruit and vegetable juices. Continuously evaluate and improve quality control objectives and procedures to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
