Description

The Executive Assistant, Culinary & Consumer Insights and Analytics (Applebee's) provides executive level administrative support to Chief Culinary Officer and VP, Consumer Insights and Analytics, includes but not limited to expense and invoice processing, calendar management, and budget tracking. Prepares and maintains documentation, presentations and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides executive level administrative support to Chief Culinary Officer and VP, Consumer Insights and Analytics, includes but not limited to expense and invoice processing, calendar management, and budget tracking. Prepares and maintains documentation, presentations and reports.

  • Provides administrative and logistical support to the Culinary and Insights & Analytics departments.

  • Organizes meetings and makes travel arrangements as required.

  • Maintains schedule, filing and message systems for assigned individuals or departments.

  • Manages highly confidential information and complex internal and external relationships.

  • Manages special projects and processes as assigned.

  • Collects and compiles complex information for inclusion in reports or presentation material, prepares charts, graphs or tables as necessary; and follow up and coordination with cross functional departments.

  • Performs other responsibilities as needed.

  • Follows company policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.

    Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to gain a broad understanding of the general business environment

  • Minimum 4-6 years business experience in administrative/clerical role; experience supporting a senior level staff member desired

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent project management skills; ability to lead others to successful outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential business and personal information
