Description

The Staff Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, performing general accounting tasks, and supporting the accounting team in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Duties will include:

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation.

• Perform account reconciliations including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or related field.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
