We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to support our Accounting Manager. This role offers a variety of tasks and responsibilities, making it an ideal position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. *Key Responsibilities: * - Perform daily banking tasks, including preparing deposits, positive pay maintenance, verifying, researching, and processing bank transactions in QuickBooks. - Assist the Accounting Manager with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) tasks. - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. - Enter accounting data into QuickBooks and other software platforms as needed. - Perform miscellaneous related tasks as requested by management. *Qualifications: * - Minimum of 1 year of experience in basic bookkeeping practices. - Proficiency in QuickBooks software is mandatory. Quickbooks proficiency test required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - Strong data entry accuracy is essential. - Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
