The Headlines:

In the role of Process Lead working in Golden, CO you will be part of Rocky Mountain Metal Container (RMMC). You will develop the operating teams’ capability and technical understanding and mastery of process control through data collection and loss analysis

This position reports to the Unit Manager and works closely with Line Lead, Maintenance Lead and RMMC management.

The Responsibilities:

  • Loss Elimination - analyses line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities

  • Owns Centerline Management System for the line(s)/department, including all data analysis, management of targets and documents standards, health checks, training and coaching of others on site to build

  • Develop Capability - trains and coaches others on problem solving tools & techniques, Changeovers & centerline execution

  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving - identifies through loss tree, the top 3 stops and root causes during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings, reviews changeovers, and assigns owners to follow up actions on the daily plan and for the next shift.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business OR equivalent experience in the field of Operations, Engineering, Science or Business

  • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives

  • Problem solving tools and methodologies and changeover time reduction (SMED) experience

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

Job Posting Grade: 10

Job Posting Salary Range: (US/Colorado) $76,100 - $109,400
