The anticipatedannualized base pay range for this full-time position working at this location will be from ($52,700 to $97,900). At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factorsin determiningactual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determinedby considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, performance and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Actual compensation may also be adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location. Our Leadership Development Program: The Marketing Leadership Development Program is a three-year program consisting of three, 12-month rotations within two or more locations. The program will begin in June 2025 and will give participants exposure to different facets of Marketing through assigned rotations based on business needs and individual career aspirations. Rotation areas may include Market & Customer Insights, Demand & Content Generation and Strategic & Product Marketing. Market & Customer Analyst Rotation-In this rotation, you will capture market, customer and digital insights to help inform customer journey creation, campaign development and go-to-market strategies. You will engage with customers through live and digital experiences collecting, analyzing and summarizing key data points for driving brand differentiation for Pentair. The position will also provide depth of brand knowledge and management. Demand & Content Rotation -In this rotation, you will spend half of the year supporting the Demand Marketing Team and the other half the Content Team. This position will help you navigate content planning and execution, sales enablement, digital & offline demand development and execution, digital platforms and channels and vendor management. Strategic Marketing Rotation - In this rotation, you will work cross-functionally to support new product launch and commercialization, go-to-market and strategic planning including channel management and execution. The role will help you navigate budget management, analytics and ROI to understand effectiveness of strategies and tactics deployed. We look forward to seeing your application come through! Have a strong interest in pursuing the Marketing Leadership Development Program which requires annual relocation/working in locations throughout the United States upon graduation. Have previous marketing or business-related internship or co-op experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
