We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Director, Corporate Functions to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will partner with multiple Executive Functional Leaders and their teams to drive strong performance through progressive talent and culture practices. Reporting to the Sr. HR Director for Corporate Functions & Employee and Labor Relations, this HR partner will work with top-level leaders to align their functional people strategy with organizational goals. The role provides comprehensive and strategic HR leadership in a variety of areas including leadership coaching, organization design, change management, talent management, development planning, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations. You will: Partner with senior leaders to define the necessary HR plans required to successfully execute functional strategies and deliver results across Pentair. Assess organizational performance systemically, define talent gaps and propose HR solutions that support business objectives. Collaborate with leaders on talent management and development initiatives to attract, develop and retain high-performing talent. Proactively coach leaders on performance management, employee development, talent planning and engagement. Support and guide organizational design activities to streamline and implement new organization structures, roles and/or processes that enhance speed and efficiency throughout the organization. Collaborate across the HR organization to drive continuous improvement of HR processes. Assist in exempt recruitment activities to drive talent acquisition process. Lead the talent and development strategy of specified corporate functions, including the leadership of Leadership Development and Intern Programs. Key Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline At least 10 years of progressive professional HR experience. Able to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans. Be an excellent communicator, with the ability to drive change within various levels of the organization through influence. Be willing to challenge the status quo and able to influence senior leaders. Ability to build relationships quickly to function as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset Be results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while managing multiple and competing priorities. Experience in company talent development and change management.
