ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The Marketing Coordinator will provide support to the entire Patient Marketing team as well as providing administrative support to the Vice President. This role will be responsible for performing functions such scheduling travel and meetings, preparing correspondence and meeting materials, preparing reports, as well as supporting expense reporting and budgeting processes, creating efficiencies, and handling information requests while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Act as a liaison with other internal departments and outside agencies as needed. Manage calendars for leadership, including scheduling appointments and meetings across time zones. May be required to access, input and/or maintain data. Manage contracts and vendor relationships, including onboarding, issue resolution, and facilitating the contracting process in collaboration with the legal team. Intake and process requests, partnering with field teams to ensure timely and effective execution. Handle PRF submissions efficiently across patient communication channels with accuracy and attention to detail. Oversee department expenses and budget management, tracking expenditures and supporting the budgeting process. Manage info-box communications, ensuring timely responses to patient questions and requests. Maintain and manage training resources, including New Hire Orientation (NHO), innovation programs, and vendor onboarding materials. Schedule and manage travel, logistics and general meeting planning for Vice President and the patient marketing team Perform other administrative duties as required. WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required: High school diploma 3-5 years of marketing or administrative experience Preferred 3-5 years of marketing or administrative experience supporting medical technology Excellent written and verbal communication, including ability to write clearly and effectively to present ideas and document activities Strong attention to detail Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Ability and desire to learn and creatively solve problems Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree BENEFITS AND OTHER COMPENSATION Inspire offers a highly competitive benefits package including (general description of the benefits and other compensation offered): Multiple health insurance plan options.
