Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr. Continuous Improvement Specialist for our Plymouth, MN or Broomfield, CO location.
Citizenship Required: United States Citizenship
Clearance Required: Yes; you must either currently have or be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance
Telecommute: 3 days onsite with an option for 2 days offsite
Travel Required: Some travel required – 10%

As a Sr. Continuous Improvement Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving and sustaining the use of Honeywell Accelerator and Honeywell Operating System (HOS) principles across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop and execute improvement plans, support problem solving events, and monitor progress towards operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $88,000.00-$110,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Support the use of Honeywell Accelerator and Honeywell Operating System (HOS) across the ACST organization
Identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, leading projects from inception to successful completion.
Create metrics and visuals that clearly communicate status and support data-driven decision making.
Train and coach employees on HOS and lean principles and tools
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process improvement or project management roles.
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

Bachelor's Degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Facilitating functional team training and learning Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management certifications
Experience with Lean methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
