Insight Global Recruiting Scheduler in Goodlettsville, Tennessee

Job Description

A large retail client is looking for a fully remote Scheduler to join their recruitment team. This person will be responsible for coordination of calendars between recruitment personnel and candidates in consideration for employment. You will be speaking with candidates directly to confirm interviews, sending calendar invites, follow up emails, communication with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and executive leadership. You can expect to schedule 60+ interviews a week on average and will use recruiting trackers to review the status of 160-180 active openings. Additionally, this role will take on the responsibility of the immigration process for sponsorship which includes navigating policy, working in the ATS, interviewing candidates, and advocating for candidates through the process of working with HR and Legal teams.

Skills and Requirements

1+ year of professional scheduling experience

Familiar with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and a scheduling software Recruiting experience null
