Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team, focusing on educational projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in designing and managing educational facilities, including K-12 schools, colleges, and universities. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of the unique requirements of educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of educational projects from concept to completion.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to understand project goals and requirements.

• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that enhance the learning experience.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address project challenges and ensure adherence to codes and standards.

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in educational design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

• Licensed Architect with (X) years of experience in educational project design and management.

• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
