Job Title: Social Worker/ Caseworker Location: 2075 South Avon Beldon Road Grafton, OH, 44044 Pay Rate: $22.00/hr. on W2 without benefits Duration: 06+ months Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Job Description: Bachelor's degree in social services. Social worker experience. CPR or BLS Certification. Role & Responsibilities: Will be working with patients one and one and in a group setting and providing healthy coping skills. Work with a multi-disciplinary to ensure patients get the best care. Will conduct rounds in patient housing areas. Be able to perform charting on patient services that were performed. Great communication skills are a huge plus. Qualifications: Must have a Social Service degree and have at least 6 months + working experience working in a group setting, providing group activities.
