JOB REQUIREMENTS: Install, maintain and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories (furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, etc ) Utilize working knowledge of hand tools and HVAC equipment to install, connect, or adjust thermostats and auxiliary components, such as expansion or discharge valves, air ducts, pipes, etc. Test equipment and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Clean, adjust and repair systems, and perform warranty services. Offer repair options and equipment replacement when repair is not economically feasible. Keep logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensure compliance with safety standards, work instructions and the customer Code of Ethics. Educate customers on proper use of equipment. Create invoices to collect onsite.
