Description We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team located in Graham, North Carolina. This role involves managing various accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, overseeing payroll, conducting monthly closings, and executing financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage customer accounts, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.

• Manage vendor accounts, ensuring timely payment of all invoices and reconciliation of vendor statements.

• Accurately process payroll in a timely manner, maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.

• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions and preparation of journal entries as part of the monthly closing process.

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to assist in budget preparation and financial planning.

• Analyze financial data to provide valuable insights for business decisions.

• Ensure the effective operation of accounts receivable and payable, including managing and monitoring customer accounts and processing vendor invoices and payments.

• Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations, including managing accounts, payroll, and monthly closings.

• Leverage proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, Billing Functions, and QuickBooks to perform job responsibilities effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with auditing procedures

• Proficiency in managing Billing Functions

• Experience with QuickBooks

• Ability to supervise and manage a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional accounting certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred

• Proven experience in an Accounting Manager or Supervisor role.
