Assistant Site Manager

Tommy's is looking for an individual to exceed guest expectations while providing a friendly guest experience. The Assistant Site Manager will help with daily operations under the general manager and ensure all company standards are being followed.

The location is set to open December 2024 and we are looking to start employment of our leadership team early November for leadership training and pre-opening incentives!

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the site
  • Retain and create new guest relations
  • Maintain unit, grounds, and car wash
  • Must have an open availability and work 40-45 hours per week
  • Must be proficient in all opening and closing tasks.
  • Update checklist, inventory, and reports as needed
  • Communicate good news, bad news, breakdowns, etc. with General Manager and Shift Leads
  • Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to all team members
  • Enforce cleaning and hourly inspections to be enforced by management
  • Unit Management: work with the General Manager to ensure that all unit responsibilities are complete.
  • Over all car wash management.
  • Guest damage/ incident claims: handle guests in a positive manner, collect data for the Management team, assist with the completion of a claim, ordering parts, calling guests, etc.
  • Enforce completion of checklists.
  • Perform and enforce hourly inspection and follow-up on issues.
  • Drive for Top Level KPI's within the franchise community.
  • Be an exemplary ambassador for the car wash.
  • Hold Site to Franchise Standard of Operations Guide.
  • Oversee wash cleaning and bring attention to any required maintenance, enforcing completion of the Wash Cleaning List.
  • Ensure team members are following franchise and site developed policies.
  • Team Member Relations:
  • Managing a team and developing relationships.
  • Following checklists.
  • Providing team accountability.
  • Successful completion of Tommy University courses, which will require overnight stays in Holland MI. at Tommy's Express Headquarters.
  • Any additional tasks that pertain to benefiting the company and taking care of the guests

Training Responsibilities:

Train new team members on all team member positions utilizing Tommy's U training tools and systems and verifying completion of all assigned training.

Ensure team members are knowledgeable on situational awareness and safety procedures.

Develop Future Leaders on the following items;

How to run a shift.

How to make a schedule.

How to handle and warranty request report.
