Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for training and qualifying each employee assigned to the Yard

• Responsible for supporting production by moving blade and blade components, including loading blades for shipment

• Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the yard where blades and production related equipment is store, including off-site blade storage yards.

• Responsible for evaluating and documenting employee performance for yard personnel

• Adhere to LM safety program and other company policies.

• Maintain proper image and attitude while representing this leadership position

• Any other function as determined by the company from time to time.

General

• Identify, locate and adhere to the “LM Quality Policy”

• Must wear the appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety instructions and dispose of chemicals appropriately.

• Clean around work area throughout the day to maintain 5S.

• Any other function as determined by the company ​
