An expanding dental practice in Grand Junction is seeking a hygienist to become part of their team, where the staff has been working together for over six years and the other hygienist has been there for over 20 years!

MUST HAVE: 2-10 years experience

Office hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

You will have your own assistant to help you!

Schedule: 1-2 days a week starting out. Will build up to 3-4 days

PAY: $55.00/ hr.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and assist dentists during procedures

• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care

• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed

• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care

Experience

• Proficient in dental terminology and four-handed dentistry techniques

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and dental clinic procedures

• Experience in patient assessment, assisting with procedures, and pediatric dentistry

• Strong understanding of infection control practices
