Lockheed Martin Proposal Analyst Sr / Pricing / Estimating / Lvl 3 / Grand Prairie, TX in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description:

This position supports the proposal process on the Precision Fires Munitions program area with Missile and Fire Control. The candidate will be responsible for pricing activities for development, production, and sustainment proposals. Proposal types will include USG, FMS, Cost-Plus, Fixed-Price, and Price and Availabilities. :p>What You Will Be Doing

Duties include supporting the entire proposal process from RFP and Proposal Authorization, coordinating functional inputs, pricing using LM Estimating Financial System (EFS), guiding the proposal through the management review process, providing government audit support, fact-finding,

negotiating and TINA certification.

For a level 3, we typically require 6 yrs of professional experience; or 4 yrs of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level

Basic Qualifications:

- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

- Strong financial, strategic, and analytical skills

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and

communication skills

- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems

Desired Skills:

- Performing historical/trend analyses based off of current and prior data sets

- Ability to summarize complex data to influence executive decision making

- Ability to collaborate with various functional stakeholders to reach common objectives

- Prior experience creating Federal Acquisition Regulations / Truthful Cost & Pricing Data compliant proposals

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
